a. Partial Retained Search
- Exclusive representation for 90 days.
- Initial non-refundable retainer fee of $2,000 due at the beginning of each new search.
- A placement fee equal to a discounted % of candidate’s base salary minus the retainer fee
($2000) is due within 30 days of candidate’s start date. After the 2nd placement, the fee is further
discounted for the remainder of the calendar year.

2. Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Services
- Flexible and scalable sourcing and full-cycle recruitment solutions
- Ideal for companies who have recruitment resources in place and need help with some of the "heavy
lifting".
- Four options that can meet any situation and recruitment budget. As little as a 10 hour block can be used
on a weekly basis.
a. Internal/External Full- Cycle Recruitment Service (Engineering Related Positions)
- Best of both worlds-a true Recruiting Partnership-your internal resources (ATS) are used as well as
our external resources (private database, network, proprietary sourcing tools, etc.)
- Cost (Performance Based Pricing)-hourly rate plus contingent bonus for each hire In most
cases your total cost per hire will equal 10% or less of candidate’s base salary.
b. Internal Full- Cycle Recruitment Service (Engineering Related Positions)
- We use your company’s internal resources and partner with your internal recruiters to perform full-
cycle recruitment activities.

c. Internal Sourcing/Pre-screening Service (Engineering and Non-Engineering Positions)
- We source and disposition candidates in your internal database and then perform a pre-screen call
before forwarding the candidate to one of your internal recruiters. Ideal for freeing up your internal

d. Internal Sourcing Service (Engineering and Non-Engineering Positions)
- We source and disposition candidates in your internal database and then forward relevant

3. Contract and Contract-To-Hire Services
We can help when you need an engineer or technician for a certain project or want to try someone out before
extending a permanent offer. We have partnered with a third party that handles the Payroll/Benefits and we recruit and
manage the contractor. Our bill rates are very industry competitive.
